Fellowship in rheumatology, (New Delhi), EULAR Fellow(Switzerland)... Dr Nilesh S (Magar) Patil has done his basic graduation in GMC, Miraj. He did DNB and FCPS from prestigious KEM hospital, Mumbai.Then he joined as lecturer at DY Patil medical college and worked at several hospitals as physician.Then he went to pursue fellowship in rheumatology at Indian spinal injuries centre, New Delhi. His mentor during fellowship was Professor A.N.Malaviya who is known as father of Indian rheumatology. Dr Nilesh S (Magar) Patil has wrote several papers with professor Malaviya in International journals. Recently they have published their paper on" purely peripheral SPA" in famous international journal 'Arthritis and rheumatism'. Dr Nilesh also completed 2 years European league's (EULAR) fellowship. Dr Nilesh S (Magar) Patil subscribes to timely intervention of rheumatic disease to prevent damage, in order to maximize the chances of the best outcome.
